The path of the Warrior is a rewarding one! To fulfill your destiny you need to take one step at a time & consider each of the following: Meet the leaders It is here that discussions begin about what it takes to run a Wasabi Warrior franchise. Questions are raised above and beyond the knowledge you have from visiting the website and reading the information pack.

Once you decide to move forward, it is time to fill in your application form and confidentiality agreement. This form gives Wasabi Warriors an idea of how you will meet the requirements of our Business Bushido, your experience and who will lead your business. Application Form

Once you have agreed to join Wasabi Warriors, a financial commitment of $5,000 is required to our legal representative who will then provide a disclosure statement, and franchise agreement for you to review with your business advisors. The down payment goes to the cost of setting up your franchise, legal and administrative costs. It is refundable (after costs) if you decide that the Warrior's path is not for you.

A Wasabi Warrior leasing consultant will continue the process of securing a suitable site, based on your location and apreferred site criteria. You may wish to start your Wasabi Warriors business via a shop kiosk or street frontage.

Once a site has been selected; it is now time to begin your journey, by giving Approval to Proceed. Once this is done, Wasabi Warriors band together to create the store design and fit- out and you take the first steps with marketing, site negotiation and training .

All good warriors must be trained in their respective arts. To join the Wasabi Warriors and fully integrate into the Business Bushido, you must undertake two solid weeks of training at headquarters and other in-store locations. You will then be trained for a further one to two weeks at your own location. Training includes but is not limited to: opening and closing procedures, operations, sushi preparation, budgeting, financial management, payroll operations, recruitment, staff management, brand management, small business management course and marketing.

Practicial training will include intensive training with Master Chef Hideo Dekura at off-site and at your store.
